This section provides guidance on how to manage cultural heritage using the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) management technique adopted across the Anglo American Social Way. The iterative PDCA process lends itself to continuous improvement in the way cultural heritage is managed. Key tasks during each stage are shown in Figure 4H.1 and discussed in the sub-sections below.
