The following provides a step-by-step guide to undertaking a Social and Human Rights Impact and Risk Analysis as part of the ORM process. The Social Way follows the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) management approach. For the purposes of this section, PDCA encompasses the process of developing, monitoring and updating sites’ annual SHIRA.
